His sire is the all-time giant El Shaklan and his dam the multi-champion mare Fadjur's Joi.
This mare is by the ''Fabulous Fadjur'' (Fadheilan / Bint Sahara) out of the wonderful foundation mare Saki, the "Primaballerina" of the Jack Tone Ranch (USA). Alltogether Fadjur and Saki produced fourteen full siblings and most of them went on to become champions and champion producers in their own right. A pedigree created through the inspiration of Marge Tone, a nick similarly successful to that of Shaker El Masri and Estopa.

Fadjur dominated the Arabian horse breeding of his time and sired nineteen U.S. National Winners. Bred to Saki, they founded a dynasty of their own. To this famous family belongs Fad Shaklan!
